[center]So its pretty simple, you guise have fun and get along.
I don't want to see anyone bashing on another clannie.
Its a Low war clan, so obviously everyone should be lvl29 or below
but soon to be lvl29.

Teamwork in war is also important.
There should be 2 dd's a healer and buffer in a party
or same thing a tank ,2 dd's ,healer , and buffer.
anyway works as long as you have a healer and a dd in that party,
Buffers are essential for buffs and protection, so good idea to have one.

When recruiting, only special members can recruit.
this is how ranks will go.

Associate members: People who just recently joined the Clan
and are under lvl 25.

Regular members: People who have tried lvling and have gotten
lvl25+

Special Members: People who have been in the clan more than 1 week or 2,
depending how they help out, and how they do in war.

Special members get rights as in they can recruit.
but they should get permission or at least tell the clan
the person their going to recruit.
if anyone has a problem, report to the leader or vices.
